By accessing or using Plumics ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Plumics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from Plumics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Plumics cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

4. Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish on Plumics. By publishing content, creators grant Plumics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the content on the Platform. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not publish or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Plumics reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases made on Plumics — coins, Reader Pass, Creator PRO subscription, donations — are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. Prices are subject to change at any time. Coins purchased on the web are spent in the Plumics mobile application. Plumics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plumics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Plumics in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

Plumics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
